ポンプで圧力をかけ、毎時150トンの生コンクリートを放出できる。中高層ビル建設などで高所に生コンを運ぶために使われ、生コンの代わりに水を入れれば、地上30メートルに位置する3号機の使用済み燃料貯蔵プールに正確に放水できそうだ。
